It's great to see more of you, Ryan. You are one of the best and clearest thinking analysts on CNN (my personal favorite) and your segments with Erin always seem too short. At last, there is a way to get more in depth, straightforward and trustworthy interpretations of the law and what breaking or upholding it means to we the people. I'm thrilled you are on Substack with other greats like Jen & Norm, Ben and Jim Acosta.
Thank you so much, Ryan. Gives us all hope that the courts won't break. However, DHS Secretary Kristi Noem keeps stating publicly that Kilmar Abrego Garcia will "never return" to the U.S. Given that the judge is looking into who exactly is telling Trump not to return Kilmar Abrego Garcia, isn't she liable for contempt of the judge's order? Also, why do you think she feels so confidently about this? Is there a legal loophole that I'm missing?
